March 2022 Update

I’ve written this update several times, but the prior versions were too depressing. The take-home message is I’ve hit such an extreme level of burnout/exhaustion (because of health issues/increasing family responsibilities/work deadlines) that while filling out medical forms at the doctor’s office yesterday, I completely blanked on the date. And it wasn’t just the day and month.

I couldn’t remember what year it was…

It was a gut punch I couldn’t ignore. I’ve never been good at prioritizing self-care, but it’s not optional at this point.

Going on a no-kid vacation with my hubby should help. Although we’ve had to cancel the last three of our previously planned getaways, we’re boarding that plane in two weeks come hell or high water!

Having fun updating my older books should also help. I’ve just renamed one of my favorites (Claiming the Nanny is now Rejecting His Mate). Let me know what you think of the new cover and blurb!

Finally, making the time to read (my favorite pastime) should help too. I hope you’ll join my reader group and share your book recs with me.

I also hope you’ll check out the new releases, book deals, and giveaways in my March 2022 newsletter.

May 2021 Update

How is life treating you these days? It’s starting to feel more normal around here and I’m so thankful. I recently went out on kid-free date with my husband to an indoor restaurant for the first time in well over a year and it felt amazing (and strange).

May is always a crazy month with the school year winding down, but I’ve had time to put Claiming Her Beasts Book Three on pre-order, so make sure to claim your copy now!

Also, did you know that the Claiming Her Mates series is a completed paranormal rejected mates series? If you haven’t read the books yet, check them out. I’ll bet you’ll love it!

For exciting giveaways, new releases, freebies and awesome book deals to help you enjoy the weekend, check out my May newsletter: https://preview.mailerlite.com/f2l0p3
